How to Begin…

1. Sign into Google Account and click on your name (This is your website and yours alone. No one but you is allowed to go into your website.)

2. This is your Homepage. Click on “Edit Page” and replace the word “Home” with the name of your travel agency.

3. Pick 5 places outside of the United States that your travel agency goes.

4. Click on “Create Page” and put in the name of your first place. Select “Put page at the top level”.

5. Do the same thing for each of your other four places.

6. Click on “Create Page” and type in the name “Sources”.

 

Homepage

1. Find a picture on Google that you want for your homepage.

2. Design it in Aviary Education to have the name of your travel agency and your motto on it. Snip it and save it to your student folder.

3. Insert your picture on the Homepage by selecting “Edit Page”, “Insert”, “Image”, “Uploaded Images”, and “Browse” for your picture.

4. Resize it to fit your webpage.

First Place

1. Make sure the title is the name of your first place.

2. Find a picture on Google that represents your first place.

3. Design it in Aviary Education to have the name of your first place and cost of roundtrip flight. Snip it and save it to your student folder.

4. Insert your picture onto your website.

5. Creat 2 subpages: “Facts” and ”Main Attractions”. This time select “Put page under” and click on the name of your first place. (If you do not see it, click on “Choose a different location” and you will find it there.)

6. Find at least 3 facts and 3 main attractions for this place. (MAKE SURE YOU COPY AND PASTE THE URLS ON YOUR SOURCES PAGE!!!)

7. Insert at least 3 pictures on your “Facts” page and a picture for each of your main attractions.

Second Place

   Do the same thing as the first place.

Third Place

   Do the same thing as the first place.

Fourth Place

   Do the same thing as the first place.

Fifth Place

   Do the same thing as the first place.

Sources

Make sure all of the information you found for your “Facts” and “Main Attractions” pages have a URL copied and pasted on your source page. Check all of the links and make sure they work!!!
